FAQ
What if I don't receive all my introductions, or need to cancel a dinner?
If a season ends before we've delivered your promised introductions, we refund the difference automatically. Dinner and salon bookings are fully refundable up to 48 hours before the event.
Will prices go up after the winter pilot?
Our pilot prices are intentionally gentle while we grow the London circle. When standard pricing launches later on, founding members who joined during the pilot keep their pilot rate for their entire first year.
I'm bootstrapping and pre-revenue right now. Can I still join?
Yes, please tell us when you apply. We know what early-stage cashflow looks like, so we hold a couple of complimentary seats at every table for pre-revenue founders.
